The 'Blonde and Blonder' star and her husband of six months have both waived claims for spousal support meaning their divorce is complete.

Court documents stated: "It is the mutual desire of the parties to amicably resolve their marital dissolution action."

Pammie, 39, and Kid, 36, cannot marry again until May 28 due to a minimum six-month waiting period.

The former 'Baywatch' star filed for divorce in November after just four months of marriage.

The couple married on a yacht in St. Tropez on July 29 last year and followed the marriage with two other wedding ceremonies.

Rai Hit With Lawsuit For 'marrying A Tree'.... Indian movie star Aishwarya Rai has been hit with a lawsuit after reportedly undergoing a banned ancient Hindu ceremony in which she was spiritually married to a tree.

The former Miss World, who recently (15Jan07) confirmed her engagement to Bollywood superstar Abhishek Bachchan, is alleged to have agreed to the ritual to overcome differences in the couple's astrological charts - disparities which traditional Hindus believe have negative consequences on marriage.

Under this ancient belief, Rai is considered a 'manglik' because her chart bears the planet Mars, and she must be 'married' to a peepal tree, a banana tree or a silver or golden idol of the Hindu god Vishnu in order to overcome the devastating effects being a 'manglik' could have on her impending nuptials.

The 33-year-old now faces a civil lawsuit for practicing the 'untouchability' service, which is associated with the caste system, because such ceremonies are in violation of the Indian constitution and are deemed offensive to women.

The lawsuit was filed in Patna, India by lawyer Shruti Singh, who is calling for Rai and her family to issue a public apology for the 'false marriages'.

The Bachchan family have refused to comment on the allegations.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is set to wow his legion of adolescent fans with his new look for the stage.

Radcliffe is appearing in Equus in the West End and, with the opening at the Gielgud Theatre set for next month, pre-publicity shots of the young star without his top on have sparked both admiration and concern.

Equus' producer David Pugh revealed director Thea Sharrock had been among the first to comment on the film star's physique.

He explained: "We had never seen him with clothes off before. We all went, 'wow'. Thea went, 'Oh my God.'"

And Pugh added the confidence in his appearance extended to a belief in his acting ability, as Radcliffe looks to escape the typecast of a bespectacled wizard.

"With the performances that I've witnessed, when that boy takes his shirt off, Harry Potter has flown out of Hogwarts for good," he said.

Courteney Cox has banned husband David Arquette from watching her film her sex scenes in new US TV drama 'Dirt'.

In a statement issued through his publicist, Clooney ridiculed claims he had been to popular Californian haunt Valley Inn with Anderson for dinner.

"I worked with Pam seven years ago and haven't seen her since. And I've never been to that restaurant," the statement said.

Actor Chad Lowe was stunned when his ex-wife Hilary Swank went public with his past substance abuse problems after announcing she had split up with the 24 star.
