Madonna is heading back to Malawi to adopt another child.

The singer - who adopted Malawi boy David Banda last year - is said to have fallen for a three-year-old orphan named Grace after seeing video footage of her playing at an African orphanage she helped fund.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Madonna saw a film of children at a place called The Consol Home.

"She spotted a beautiful girl called Grace who lit the room with her smile, and fell head over heels for her.

"Madonna kept saying, 'That girl has so much love in her. I want to help her achieve her potential.' "

Madonna plans to travel to Malawi with her husband Guy Ritchie and her children Lourdes, 10, Rocco, six, and 18-month-old David on Sunday (15.04.07).

A source at Malawi's Ministry for Gender and Child Welfare claims Madonna, 48, intends to adopt again.

He said: "Madonna wants a girl this time. She loves Malawi a great deal and wants to help another child."

Malawi officials are determined to avoid a repeat of the controversy caused by Madonna's adoption of David, after the star was accused of using her celebrity status to bypass laws and fast-track the process.

Authorities have asked that she meets with at least 10 other girls before making her final decision. Meetings with two girls called Jessica and Mercy have already been set up.

Madonna's representatives have denied the star is in Malawi to adopt again.

They insist she is only in the country to do charity work.

Publicist Liz Rosenberg said: "Madonna is indeed going to Africa to continue her work with the Raising Malawi organisation. She is overseeing the building of a children's health care centre.

"She is absolutely not adopting another baby. I know that has been a rumour ever since she began the adoption process for her son David but it just isn't true."

Kate Moss admits she is difficult to work with.

The supermodel, who is designing a range for high street chain Topshop, has revealed she is a perfectionist and always speaks her mind.

She said: "Topshop haven't said no to anything I wanted to do. I've said, 'This isn't good enough', or 'This fabric doesn't feel right, it's too stiff', or 'This leather is too shiny, it needs to be more matt' and they have done it."

The 33-year-old says she isn't a natural fashion designer, but agreed to work with Topshop because she was fed up of people copying her style.

She said: "I can't sketch and I can't make clothes. I think they kind of copy me sometimes. I mean, I'm sure they do it with a lot of people, but I do notice with me, they do it so quickly and they do it so well. So I said, 'I could give you my stamp, and you could get I direct.' I can't wait to see people wearing it."

Kidman Slams Pregnancy Reports.... Oscar winner Nicole Kidman has slammed British newspaper reports she is pregnant with husband Keith Urban's child.

Kidman, 39, and her husband of 10 months, were reported to be expecting their first child together in yesterday's (08Apr07) News Of The World.

The reports started after The Others actress was photographed outside St Johns Hospital in Santa Monica, California - the same hospital where former Spice Girl Melanie Brown gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday (03Apr07).

However, Kidman's publicist Wendy Day says, "(The report is) incorrect.

"As if she would confirm a pregnancy to News of the World."

Kidman has two adopted children Isabella and Connor, who live with her ex-husband Tom Cruise.
