Socialite Paris Hilton has sparked wedding rumours after being spotted at a party in Hilton, who recently, expressed her desire to have four children by the time she turns 30, is back together with shipping heir Stavros Niarchos, with whom she had split in May after dating him for a year. Hilton’s publicist has refused to comment on the wedding rumours.
